On Dooty Company specializes in detailing community common areas!  Our patrol personnel are always identifiable by their uniforms and marked vehicles.  Each of our reliable staff is bonded & insured.  They patrol using a cart equipped with all the specialty tools needed to properly remove pet waste. 

 

FACTS:

1.     Pet waste is one of the most frequently reported issues facing H.O.A. boards & property management.

2.    Pet waste contains many health hazards to both pets and humans, including: Parvovirus, Giardia, Hookworms, Coccidia, Distemper, Roundworms & Whipworms.

3.    Most landscapers don’t accept responsibility for collecting pet waste, and they often don’t service the offending areas frequently enough to effectively maintain pet waste clean-up.

4.    Pet waste stations & trashcans are used regularly by only a small portion of those who walk their pets in common areas.  Even those who pick-up after their own pet, won't clean-up after an "unknown" pet.

WEATHER POLICY:

On Dooty Company will adhere to our established service schedule unless extreme weather conditions make it dangerous for our personnel.  If we are unable to perform our duties as planned, an alternative date/time for service will be scheduled as soon as possible and acceptable to our client.
